1. What this site is
MyBalanceNow provides a read-only tool for checking the remaining balance, status, and recent transactions on supported gift cards. It does not issue cards, hold funds, process payments, or replace customer service from the card issuer.
2. Acceptable use
By using this site you agree:
- To only look up gift cards that you are entitled to check.
- Not to use the lookup tool to test stolen cards, validate stolen-card lists, brute-force card numbers, or otherwise commit fraud. Repeated suspicious activity may be blocked at the network level and reported.
- Not to scrape, crawl, or automate the lookup form without prior written permission.
- Not to interfere with, probe, or circumvent the security of the site.
3. Accuracy of information
We make a good-faith effort to return accurate balance and transaction data, but the figures shown reflect what the card network reports at the moment of the lookup. Pending authorisations, recent purchases, and adjustments may not appear immediately. The official record of your card is the one held by the issuer.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBalanceNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, including any loss arising from reliance on the balance information shown.
6. Third-party services
The lookup result is produced by a third-party verification provider. Your relationship with the card issuer is governed by the cardholder agreement that came with the card.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always reachable at this URL, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change.
